Police Service Commission has demoted two Acting Commissioners of Police to their rank of Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCP). Those affected in the shocking exercise, according to official information, are the Acting Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Imohimi D. Edgal, and Aji Ali Janga. _ What happened?
